Matthew T. Migliore

Associate

Matthew T. Migliore, our newest Associate Attorney at Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro. Matthew is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for justice to our team.

Before officially joining as an attorney, Matthew honed his research and analytical skills as a law clerk. His contributions directly impacted cases by drafting essential pleadings and motions. Witnessing his arguments affirmed by judges solidified his passion for the legal field. Matthew's background in consulting, with its emphasis on research and compliance, has been a valuable asset to the beginning of his legal career.

What drew Matthew to join the SSKB team was not only the firm's outstanding reputation but also a familial connection. With his father and brother having strong ties to SSKB, Matthew grew up hearing stories of the firm's dedication to meticulous case preparation and exemplary trial advocacy. Now a part of the team, Matthew is grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best in the field and looks forward to a career marked by continuous growth and development under the mentorship of the legendary attorneys at SSKB.

Outside of the firm, Matthew is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and serves on various committees, including the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee, Solo & Small Firm Practitioner Committee, Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee, Lawyer Referral & Information Service Committee, and the Newly Admitted Attorneys Committee.

Matthew received his undergraduate degree in International Business from Stony Brook University before earning his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law in 2022.
