Brooke began her career at Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro as a law student intern in 2020. During her internship, she was mentored by our attorneys and gained expertise in the medical malpractice and personal injury fields.
Upon graduation, she was hired as an Associate Attorney. Brooke currently works on general liability cases (car accidents, slip and falls, labor law cases, etc.) as well as medical malpractice matters. She has participated in several trials as a second chair, helping the trial attorneys with research, witness preparation, and evidence presentation.
Growing up, Brooke experienced a personal situation involving a medical error, providing her the unique ability to empathize with her clients and provide the guidance, support, and advocacy they need when pursuing a lawsuit.
Brooke has a tremendous passion for personal injury law, and has assisted in cases involving tragic birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, and wrongful death. She strongly believes that “your health is your most valuable asset.”
A Long Island native, Brooke graduated cum laude from Binghamton University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law, and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in May 2022, where she remains an active alumna.
