We represented one of the unfortunate victims of the widely reported "syringe mess" cases, in which a doctor failed to follow proper safety precautions. Jeffrey Kimmel appeared on all the local TV news programs and was even interviewed live on CNN regarding this case. Newsday published an op-ed piece submitted by Mr. Kimmel on the broader topic of medical malpractice caps.
