Once again, Jeff Kimmel helped organize and moderate the annual "Lunch-with-a-Judge" summer series at New York County Lawyers' Association. He worked with Hon. Karla Moskowitz putting the program together. The participants included: Hon. Bernard Fried, Supreme Court NYS, Hon. Debra James, Supreme Court NYS, Hon. George Daniels, United States District Judge, Hon. Marcy Kahn, Supreme Court NYS, Hon. Paul Crotty, United States District Judge, Hon. Doris Ling-Cohan, Supreme Court NYS, Hon. Richard Braun, Supreme Court NYS, Hon. Denny Chin, United States District Judge, Hon. Loretta A. Preska, United States District Judge, Hon. Shirley Kornreich, Supreme Court NYS.

Jeff also put together and impressive list of participants for the "In-Chambers" series, which allows young lawyers to enjoy a lunch hour with some of New York's top judges. included: Hon. Carmen Ciparick, Senior Associate Judge for the NY Court of Appeals; Hon Henry Pitman, Chief Magistrate Judge, Southern District of New York; Hon. Richard C. Wesley, The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.; Hon. Saliann Scarpulla, Civil Court of the State of NY; Justice Angela Mazzarelli, Appellate Division, First Department.
