Robert Sack | Partner

Bob Sack is in charge of the firm’s operations and supervises our professional and support staff. He is involved with case strategy, negotiating settlements and assigning matters to the firm's lawyers. His significant accomplishments and the strength of his character have earned him the respect and acknowledgement of his peers, demonstrated by his recognition on the New York Super Lawyer and Martindale Hubbell lists.

Prior to starting the firm, Bob served as a claims adjuster, and later as a defense attorney for two prominent insurance companies, which provided invaluable experience he now utilizes when negotiating on behalf of clients. He served as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Bronx Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of New York City.

A Dean's list graduate of Hunter College, he was elected to the school's Athletic Hall of Fame as a varsity basketball player. Bob later taught Business Law as an adjunct at Queensborough Community College.

Bob graduated from Brooklyn Law School where he earned his J.D. degree. He is admitted to the Bar in New York and the United States Federal Courts
