$10 million Medical Malpractice Verdict

The firm obtained a $10 million verdict in the case of a 44-year old Suffolk County, NY woman whose radiologist failed to properly interpret a mammogram and request a breast biopsy, which delayed her diagnosis of breast cancer. Sadly, the woman died 18 months after diagnosis, leaving behind a husband and two children.
